  1. Download and Install
    You must be registered for see links
  2. Download and Install latest Shadowsocks @Playstore by MaxLV
  3. Open Shadowsocks and click the + button and press Scan QR code
  4. Point your Cam at the QR code i pasted above
  5. Manual edit the Cloak plug in by typing at the "Server Name" this
    You don't have permission to view the spoiler content.
  6. Replace the Server IP Address with this

  7. Press the ✅ Button to save
  8. Now press the PaperPlane icon to connect :)
